the shot is good, but somehow there does not seem to be enough light and therefore the focus is missing!try using some artificial light (not flash)...you will be more precise in your focus!whats ur equipment?
the pic was taken while it was raining maybe because of that the light is not sufficienti use an olympus fE-280 a kutty cam
